Wholesale Energy Market Update: What’s Changing in Today’s Market

Wholesale energy markets remain highly sensitive to geopolitical events, supply constraints and shifting global trade flows but today’s dynamics differ in important ways from previous market shocks.

This session will provide a focused update on current wholesale power and gas market conditions, exploring the key drivers influencing prices and trading behaviour today, and why this period of uncertainty feels structurally different from past volatility.
