MOSL are hosting a customer roundtable as part of the Strategic Panel’s consultation on its draft priority market outcomes and areas of work.
The roundtable will be held online via Microsoft Teams.
The Strategic Panel is the most senior industry group in the non-household water retail market. Its purpose is to lead the evolution of the non-household market in the interests of customers. The priorities will inform the strategic direction for the market for the coming years. Hearing from non-household customers and customer groups on the strategic direction for the market is really important. It is a key part of the Strategic Panel’s engagement plan.
The Strategic Panel has identified three specific market outcomes that will drive the focus of key priority areas of work:
• Value Creation
• Water Efficiency is Core
• Customer Service Excellence
The draft priority market outcomes document and appendices have been published for consultation. Written responses to the consultation questions below are requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm on Friday 24 June 2022.
The main focus of the roundtable will be to hear your views. There will be a short presentation on the Strategic Panel and its priorities, and how this work will be taken forward, to set that discussion.
